The human Heart is now documented as the strongest generator of both electrical and magnetic fields in the body. Important, because we've always been taught that the brain is where all of the action is. While the brain does have an electrical & a magnetic field, they are both relatively weak compared to the Heart. The Heart is about 100,000 times stronger electrically & up to 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain. Important, because the physical world - as we know it - is made of those 2 fields: electrical & magnetic fields of Energy. Physics now tells us that if we can change either the magnetic field or the electrical field of the atom, we literally change that atom and its elements within our body and this world. The human Heart is designed to do BOTH.

This a photo from a pousada — ± bed-and-breakfast, or little hotel — site.
I haven't been there (although, I wish!) but it's so typical of our dream mineiro breakfast or afternoon lanche, that I just had to post it! Quitutes, juices, fruit, bread and a good fogão a lenha.

This from the web (of course!), but I didn't write down the complete site name, and now I'm not sure from which Pousada it is — the name I had doesn't have this photo on its site! Oh dear!

I have it as a pousada in Tiradentes, MG. As soon as I find the it (I hope!) I'll put the link.

Note: Looking for some ant, sugar, sand images to enliven this quote, I came across the images of these rainbow colored ants. Sugar, ants, no sand, though — but oh, so colorful! 

I then, going to the original link, found that the photos were taken by a Dr Babu, from Mysore, in South India... The same country, and subject matter pertaining to, as the author of the book the quote is from.
